Zentai Art Festival. They are not perverts just wearing tights.

2015-06-27This happened in front of Lucky Plaza on 23rd May 2015 that made me to say "Aiyoooo, what's going on!?" Why are they wearing tights? Are they pervers? 

They are not perverts but "Zentai"

This is called Zentai Art Festival, organised by Japanese, Yuzuru Maeda.

The concept of this festival is something like, to have no identity and dispensing our roles. We live our lives by taking on roles depending on our gender, age, looks and so on but if we take out those kind of roles by wearing Zentai, we might be able to find something real that we haven't imagined before.

Probably, the word "Zentai" comes from Japanese word 'Zenshin' ; 全身（ぜんしん）, which means whole body and 'Taitsu' ; たいつ, which means tights.

Anyway, I'm quite interested in this festival because of its idea. I found out the next Zentai Festival is going to be held on 8 Aug 2015. For more details, refer to http://www.zentaiart.com/. I am not interested in becoming part of them wearing Zentai but maybe I'll pop by to take a look at their performance.
