My favorite Singapore food "Fried Oyster" is Shiok.

Many local people ask me if Singapore food is okay and what my favorite Singapore food is. I have asked the same question to my Japanese friends in Singapore but it really depends on individuals even though they are also Japanese. However, in my case, I would say my favorite is definitely "Fried Oyster".

Old Airport Road Food Centre yay

Last Sunday, I joined a language exchange session at a cafe near Mountbatten Mrt station and on the way home, my craving took me to the hawker, Old Airport Road Food Centre.

"Wow this is superb" was the first phrase from my mouth just after I've reached this place as there were 2 Fried Oyster stalls standing beside each other.

I am not right-wings though...

After wondering which to try, I eventually ordered a small size of Fried Oyster from the right stall. "Fried Oyster" cannot go without Tiger beer." That was my thought. So of course I grabbed Tiger beer at a stall nearby.

"Awesome!!"

This combination never betrays my expectations. I was quite satisfied with the quality of Singapore food here and headed to north-west that is my home.
